Additional information The users of the band shall in accordance with 5.149 perform all achievable measures for protection of the Radioastronomy service. The band is important for pulsar observation.

Additional information The band is utilised by simplex mobile networks and fixed links, which are planned within mobile service and are fully compatible with mobile applications. Max. e.r.p. is 10 W, channel raster 25 kHz. Users of the band are obliged in accordance with the footnote 5.149 of the RR to realise all practical measures for protection of the Radiocommunication Service. Protection of the distress frequency in accordance with the No. 5.267 in the band 406-406.1 MHz shall be ensured. From 1 January 2017 the new individual rights to use radio frequencies are granted in the band above 406,2 MHz only.

Additional information Ultra-wideband radars for screening of the structute of walls and earth´s surface (GPR/WPR). Maximum spectral density e.i.r.p.is -65 dBm/MHz, max. peak e.r.p. is -44.5 dBm/120 kHz.
